How to make a successful appearance with your trade fair stand

Your exhibition stand is of great importance because it is the external appearance that the exhibition visitor perceives first. Your exhibition stand builder must therefore be able to design a stand that leaves a lasting impression on the visitors. This is not an easy task for a stand builder. However, since you invest a lot of time, money, and staff in the event, every detail of the stand construction must be optimally planned.

Whether you are participating in a large and professionally organized trade fair or a small local event, it is essential to attract as many visitors to your stand as possible and generate valuable customer contacts and orders through careful training of your employees. People from around the world participating in the exhibition stand Dubai.

Plan ahead

Plan the necessary measures to prepare for your event in good time. Make a checklist to ensure you have the tools and supplies to set up your stand, your inventory is appropriate, and your colleagues are professionally prepared. Trade fairs are not the same as everyday businesses because you are close to your competition. Therefore, plan enough time to present yourself with a perfect stand.

Select your stand personnel carefully.

A beautiful booth is useless to you if your stand team is inappropriately dressed and has a bad attitude or only a lousy experience contacting customers. Your stand personnel should perfectly represent your company and the most important marketing messages to attract potential customers to your stand and to achieve your set exhibition goals.

Make sure your team is fully informed.

Your employees are your company's calling card. Your appearance has a direct impact on the perception of your customers. Before the start of the exhibition, you should give your stand personnel thorough training on how to treat yourself and your company to present to potential customers. With a well-trained team, you can improve your overall appearance.

Focus on essential information

The corridor of time you have to catch a visitor's attention is very narrow. You need to communicate your marketing message effectively and show what makes your products and services stand out. Focus on the essentials to stay in the memory of your visitors.

Make sure your stand is adequately staffed.

Taking care of a fair trade stand is a full-time job, and the philosophy should always be sufficiently staffed. The success of your trade fair depends on the competence of your stand personnel, who will support you in your efforts. Organize the stand so that there is always more than one person there who is always in friendly and motivated contact with the visitors.

Inspire the visitor with your booth

An impressive exhibition stand starts with its concept and design. However, this is only the first step in attracting visitors to your stand space. More creative ideas are needed to get visitors excited about your products and services. Regular product demonstrations can help your booth team explain and ultimately sell content and products fun and engagingly. You are on the safe side with an experienced booth builder.

Increase audience interest

Interested visitors would like an opportunity to deal with you and your company and establish business relationships. Maximize your stand space with a separate meeting area where you can also offer your potential customers a drink or a bite to eat.

Qualify your contacts

Every fair trade visitor could be a potential customer! That's why you treat each guest with the same attention, to begin with. After the end of the trade fair, however, you should qualify the interested parties for a targeted business deal.

Use social media

A solid social media presence is essential in a competitive environment, increases traffic to your stand, and provides an exciting insight into competitor behavior and other helpful visitor insights.

Mushroom cream (easy and healthy recipe)

The mushroom cream is delicious, have you tried it? On cool days I really like to prepare different creams for dinners because they are quick, delicious and very nutritious.

This delicious mushroom cream  will appeal to children for its texture and flavor. It is not complicated at all and we all have the ingredients at home. Know more about Bosporus Turkish Restaurant In Dubai.

Do you dare to prepare this rich mushroom cream  one of these nights for dinner? You will see how you are going to do it on many occasions.

I personally like creams much more than purées… Creams are smoother. Normally in many cream recipes we will find cream for cooking among its ingredients, I do not include it to make it somewhat lighter and not so heavy for children.

Instead I add cheese, it gives the cream a creamy touch and a touch of flavor that makes it exquisite. Let's go with the recipe.

Cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 leek
  • 250g mushrooms
  • ½ garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Vegetables soup
  • 2 cheeses
  • Parsley

How to make cream of mushroom soup:

Poach the leek with a little oil (only the white part). When it begins to be tender, add the chopped mushrooms, minced garlic and salt. Sauté for 10 minutes. Know more about Panoor restaurant near me.

Add vegetable broth without covering, a finger below, and let cook for 10 more minutes.

Once the time has elapsed, we incorporate two cheeses and blend everything with the blender. To make the cream finer, we can pass it through a Chino.

Decorate with a little parsley.
